We've been all over O'ahu snapping photos of Season Three locations and even some old locales that had been stumping us. So just because LOST is on hiatus, don't stop checking our site...much to come.
We gained access to Indigo Restaurant (right) which was used for the Thailand scenes in "Stranger in a Strange Land." We also got great shots of the nearby portions of Fort Street Mall and Chaplain Lane used in the episode. Then we strolled down to O'Toole's Irish Pub to see if Desmond was in there watching a football match on the tellie. He wasn't but the bartender (on guard for rowdies with cricket bats) let us take some great photos. And speaking of pubs we also ventured down to the bar for Canoes at the Ilikai, over to the Harbor Pub, and then halfway across the island to Kemo'o Farms. Maybe we should think about a LOST Virtual Tour Pub Crawl!
We're not done there. We have a list of sites to visit. This summer will be a great oportunity for us to photograph all the Season Three sites. So come back soon to see our progress. Keep reading to see the other new sites we captured.
Some of the other recent locales we photographed include:
1132 Bishop St. (Widmore Industries)
W Honolulu Diamondhead (Juliet's Miami Apartment)
Ali'iolani Hale (University Rotunda)
Fort Street Mall near King (Des & Charlie scenes)
Hawai'i Prince (Jae's fateful fall)
Kila Kalikimaka Mall (Korea)
Lani Home Apartments (Locke's Apartment)
Odyssey Tattoos (Claire's work)
Nu'uanu Street (Nadia's mugging)
...and more to come! -LVT
