Sgt. Daniel Hondo is the team leader, and he pursues the four-person robbery crew. It hits the construction site.
Well, they find out an ultimate heist tool: a thermal lance. Aaron Rahsaan Thomas is the executive producer of the series that said it to a blow torch on steroids. It is capable of melting concrete in a short time.
